In Monte do Ramalho Rural we offer traditional houses with over 100 years old of existence. All houses were recently restored respecting its original architecture and it contextual placement with nature. We make sure that our guests have the best experience by feeling themselves at home.

Monte do Ramalho is located in the heart of Alentejo, one of the most historic rural regions of Portugal. In a 10 minutes drive radius, we can find several typical villages and among them is Avis, a historic mark in the Portuguese History. We also invite our guests to visit, Estremoz (20 minutes drive) a wine-producing attraction point, where anyone can visit some of Portuguese most successful wineries, as well as Estremoz's Castel.
Also near Avis there is the famous Barragem do Maranhão, a lake known for its charm.
In a 30 minutes ride radius, there are several interest points, both historic places and typical places.
In the same radius, we invite guests to try the most typical gastronomy offered by many different restaurants in villages and in the country, where we find all kinds of traditional dishes

In the property, guests can decide to schedule some of the activities that we offer, like the Balloon Flight, Bicycle Ride, a dive into our exclusive Biological Pool among other activities.

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
