Layout: This is a beautiful independent villa, located in the Chianti Area between the two villages Poggibonsi and Castellina in Chianti. The villa is surrounded by a fenced spacious garden (about 2300 sqm) with roses and olive.
Inside and out, this spacious individual house has been renovated from top to bottom to the highest standards ensuring that all fixtures and fittings are of best quality.
It is well equipped and comfortable, with exposed beams, stone walls and terracotta floors, and it is furnished with antiques. The house is on two floors.
On the ground floor there is the main entrance through a glass door opening onto a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV.
On the same floor there is shower room with a toilet; a bedroom with a French bed and a wooden flight of steps leading to the mezzanine floor where a second French bed is located. Fom the same floor, just 3 steps go down to a double bedroom with a four poster wooden bed and ensuite shower bathroom with jacuzzi.
Sixteen wooden steps lead up to the upper floor with the kitchen (small fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster and American coffee maker); one toilet; a small lounge with a single bed; one spacious and bright dining living room, with two large glass doors opening onto a large tiled courtyard. Just a curtain separates the small lounge with the single bed from the dining /living room.
