My husband and I stayed at my favorite Tuscan Villa Copa . When we drove up the mountain to the villa, our ears popped. The view from the front stoop is so breathtaking, the only place I could compare it to is the terrain and beauty of Oahu. It was the most relaxing, simple yet decadent vacation I have ever had. We slept so good we had a hard time getting out of bed because the mountain air was so tranquil. I have never enjoyed food and wine like I did in Tuscany. The picci and homemade wine made by the "grandma" at the local restaurant was cheap, delicious and charming. Fabulous shopping is a train ride away in Florence. For a truly special"getaway"I highly recommend visiting Castiglion Fiorentino!

This was our second visit and the property just keeps getting better. The vistas in the morning and evening are awe-inspiring. The interiors are gorgeous and comfortable. The extensive property gave us great hiking opportunities. And the kitchen with an outside bread oven for roasting meats, vegetables, pizzas etc enabled us to turn out phenomenal meals during those evenings when we felt like staying in after a long day of sight seeing. The villa is perfectly situated for day trips in all directions. We will be back - soon we hope!

"I loved every minute!"
A magical place. Picture the most beautiful postcard of the Tuscany country side and put yourself in it. The views were breathtaking. What a wonderful restored home with so much character. I enjoyed it immensely. Its easy to convince yourself that you are Italian while staying here. So much better than being a tourist. The owner is very knowledgeable and is happy to introduce you to her wonderful Italian friends. Everything to love and not one disappointment!

"Took my breath away. I could have stayed forever."
Imagine a place that has housed people for hundreds of years, and then add modern luxuries, lavender and olives, and a view youve only seen in paintings and you get Cuppa di Sopra. The people in the area, the beautiful home, and long afternoons with friends made our stay so memorable. I never wanted to leave.
If you stay, you will experience the sense of euphoria that only happens when you truly connect to a world so beautiful and ancient that it becomes a part of you. Estemier

"Under the Tuscan Fun"
My stay was nothing short of blissful. It was as though the view out of every window could be a postcard. The fresh mountain air is refreshing and rejuvenating to the mind, body and soul. The rustic house has so much natural beauty, while at the same time provides a comfortable and welcoming environment. The house is surrounded my charming towns filled with delicious food, heat-warming people and adventures to unfold. The trip was a joy!

I knew as soon as the car pulled into the driveway that I was about to have an amazing stay at Coppa di Sopra, a traditional Italian farmhouse restored to perfection. The postcard-like views from the property are breathtaking! The old world charm of my room (the timbered ceilings, windows that swing wide open and the brick floors) made just being in my room an experience. Quick access to Castiglion Fiorentine made mingling with locals quite easy. One of my highlights was going into the village for a morning cappuccino- soaking in the Italian culture. Centrally located- day trips to Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, Arezzo and Sienna were very manageable. Staying at this residence added so much to my Italian vacation- so much so - I truly didnt want to return home!Wilmette
