Spain country house rental

Murcia, close to the city yet easy reach Golf or sea

This is our Spanish home and we live here year round, we would like to share it with you.
The property is an established house. We have two children, well they are 21 and 18, both divers so diving is available all year round. We have pets, two dogs and four cats, however they are not allowed in sleeping areas in case of allergies

We can either cater for all your needs or you can have your own kitchen and lounge, we can cook for you ( simple English food ) or you can look after yourselves. We have a child travel cot.

The house is 30 mims away from the coast and there are five golf courses within 30 mins also. We have hills around us for walking in the cooler months.

We would like you to arrive as guests but leave as friends. We can pick you up from the airport, Alicante 1 hour Murcia 30 mins.
The main thing about the property, besides being very large is that it is TOTALLY private and quite ( except the Spanish fiestas ! )

Murcia City with its historic Cathederal is just on hand, many lovely cafes and bars selling Tapas, we can show you around if you like or just let you do your own thing.
If you want a break on your own or as a couple please come and stay with us.
Prices are for just staying with us but if you would like to eat with us we will not charge a fortune and we can discuss your requirements with you before you come. Long stays welcome and prices negotiable.

Outside this Self catering country house in Murcia, Spain

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area (with heater), a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
