Villa Major has a Fitted Kitchen with a oven, dishwasher,washing machine,fridge frezzer and microwave.
A Comfy lounge with views out to the sea, flat screen TV with U.K channels and seating for 6.
Vila Major also has a Large dining room with seating for 8, leading to a Balcony with BBQ and outdoor seating fantastic for your breakfast dining looking out acrosss the hills, this is also a great little sun trap.

You have 3 bedrooms to chose from, a double bedroom with large wardrobes, and 2 twin bedrooms all with large wardrobes.
With the first Bathroom you have a sink,toliet and a full size bath the second bathroom has a toliet,sink and a full size shower.
Once you are in the hallway this leads out to the entrance which has another seating area looking out to the pool which is great for having a rest from the sun.
All living acomodation is on one level.

The outside areas are all at the front of the property, from the front entrance you have steps that lead down to the pool, you also have a grassed area for sunbathing we have a number of sunbeds for your use.
A few more steps lead down to a terraced area where you have access to a Table Tennis table.
There are a number of lights outside of the vila for your late evenings when you return to the vila.

There are two main supermarkets nearby with many local restaurants which are all family freindly.
The Villa is only 1km from the historic town of Calonge, the fishing harbour of Palamos and the lively resort of Platja d`Aro are only a ten minute drive away.

The beautiful coastline has a number of sandy beaches and lovely bays, St Antonio,S`Agaro,Palamos and St Feliu are just a few to name.
The area enjoys a mediterranean climate of hot summers tempered by sea brezzes and mild winters.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
