Travel cot available for children. The house is situated on the stunning Valle del Este Golf Resort with a 4 star hotel and spa in walking distance. Valle del Este also has its own beach club which is 10 minutes by car. There are 3 other golf courses in the area: Desert Springs, Marina de la Torre and Cortija Grande. Car is essential. A large supermarket, Inter Marche is 10 minutes by car. Restaurants are in abundance in Vera, Mojacar and Garrucha.

Vera and surrounding area
Vera is an old Spanish town founded in the 6th century, it has a beach resort of Vera Playa, where the Valle del Este Beach Club is located. The house is close to the beach resort of Mojacar Playa and old town of Mojacar set in a stunning mountain landscape. Between the beach resorts of Mojacar and Vera is the Spanish fishing port of Garrucha, which features a tree lined promenade and beautiful sandy beaches and yacht marina. The fishing boats depart every morning and return at sunset, the local fishing fleet supplies all types of seafood to the local markets and restaurants. Vera is 2.5 hours from Granada which is home ot the Alhambra Palace, considered by some to be one of the 10 wonders of the world. The Alhambra is a castle constructed over many centuries. Granada is a ski resort in the winter in the Sierra Nevada mountains and sunny resort in the summer. The mountains in the region have also been backdrops to films such as Indiana Jones, there is a Hollywood film set to visit.


Golf
Golf Valle del Este is a stunning 18 hole golf course. 6269 yards par 71. Each hole presents a different challenge that requires much thought before executing the shot. The views are stunning. The par four, 15th is one of the longest holes you will encounter if the wind is against you and the finishing hole is a beautiful par 4 with water cascading to your left flowing from a lake that protects the green on three sides. Highly recommended. Other courses in the area: Desert Springs - 6750 yards par 72. It has been built to rival any of the famous desert courses of Arizona and California. Hugely testing golf either n lush fairways or chipping back into position from the rugged desert terrain. Designed by successful Walker Cup captain, Peter McEvoy.
