Villa Denia
Beautiful detached villa set amongst pine and grapefruit trees on the lower slopes of Mount Montgo. With its own colourful gardens, the villa has a large patio and barbecue area and a delightful private swimming pool.
The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There are two further double bedrooms one of which also has bunk beds suitable for younger children. There is a modern family bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances.
There is a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining room with flat screen TV, DVD and audio equipment.
Private Pool and Secluded Gardens
A covered terrace runs the length of the house. It has views to Mount Montgo and outdoor dining for 6 people. There is a large patio area beside the pool with plenty of space for relaxing and sun bathing. An outside staircase leads to a roof terrace with views towards Denia and the sea. Colourful gardens, complete with grapefuit trees, surround the villa and provide a secluded and relaxing environment.
