This excellent holiday Villa is located within a popular complex in Pernera - Protaras. The complex has a privileged position which sits directly on the coastline and within minutes to the resort center and local amenities.
The complex has a communal swimming pool with Jacuzzi/spa and children's pool that can be used free of charge by our quests. There is also a reasonably priced, good quality restaurant on site and a large open plan bar serving hot and cold drinks, both facilities offering free Wi-Fi.
There are also sun beds alongside the facilities and these are placed on a grassed area stretching down to the beach also can be used free of charge by our quests.

The villa is fully air conditioned furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware.
The villa has a specious ground floor open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area. Two pairs of large sliding doors lead on to the pool area. The lounge area is tastefully furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a coffee table, a TV/DVD player and satellite system with film, news and children's channels.
The inside dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and washing machine
Ayia Napa villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious double bed, dresser and inbuilt cupboard space, a good sized balcony with sea view. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and also plenty of cupboard space.
The garden area comes complete with a private pool and sun loungers, a garden table, and chairs. The garden is bordered and fenced, which create a pleasant feeling of seclusion; there is a beautiful sea view from the balconies.
All necessary bed linen are provided and with respect of your privacy, pool cleanning service is provided once a week. Additional services are available on request.
