I have a long association with Florida as my family have lived there for some 15 years and it continues to be a magical place to visit.
I have had the villa for 7 years and it is maintained by an English company who have over 20 years experience of property management in Florida and Spain. They came highly recommended and are selective in which villas they will manage. The company is small and this has proved to be it's advantage over other agents as they actually care about their properties and ensure that visitors needs are fully met.
