Beautifully designed, magnificently spacious, private gardens and pool 13 rooms all fully equipped, with kitchen. huge living room, separate dining room, occasional rooms, bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Please note that the pool is not availble between early January to mid March Note that 1 double bedroom is a small double room and not standard size. Please note that for groups above 9 persons, a 6th ocassional room is used as a temporary bedroom, taking 4 single beds: It is ample space, and ideal for children, but it is not a private room as other guests walk through it to access some of the stanf=dard bedrooms.

The country house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 4 single sofa beds located in the Off the main bedroom area, a large area able to take 2-4 additional singles, ideal for kids as this room is not private. This gives room for up to 13 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The country house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the country house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the country house you will find skiing/snowboarding.
