This stylish villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests (6 per villa) and provides ideal accommodation for large parties or friends/families holidaying together.

It has enviable views of Kalkan Bay and is a 10 minute walk (downhill) to the centre of town. The property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard with custom-made Turkish style furniture.

 

Ground Floor - Open-plan lounge, well equipped kitchen and dining area, leading onto the very spacious terrace and large swimming pool. Also located on the ground floor is a bathroom with bath/shower, WC, wash-basin and washing machine. (A clothes airer and iron are provided).

First Floor - Two double bedrooms, both with large private balconies, a bathroom with walk in shower, wash-basin and WC (in Villa Sunset this is en-suite to the master bedroom).

Second Floor - A twin bedroom and large roof terrace with spectacular views over Kalkan. An ideal iocation to enjoy a pre dinner drink while watching the sun set over the bay.

Additional equipment provided includes 4 hairdryers, 2 high chairs and a travel cot. Towels and bed linen are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.

 

Friday is the preferred change over day but other days may be possible, depending on availability.

A nearby hotel, the Samira De Luxe, provides additional facilites for villa guests, including, a large (25m) pool and a friendly bar/restaurant.

An English speaking agent is available to assist with arranging car rental, airport transfers, booking excursions or any problems which may occur during your stay.
 

Please note that the villas have separate living/dining rooms, each with sofas to seat 5, plus 4 chairs. The large pool terrace has 8 sunbeds, 4 bean bag loungers plus tables and chairs for 12.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, climbing, flying, cycling, horse riding.

Patara National Park with one of the worlds most beautiful beaches is less than 20 mins away.
