Three plasma tvs and SKY will keep all entertained if you need a break from the sun . With an integral, fully fitted ground floor apartment you can separate the kids, mother-in-law, friends and family without being in each others pockets.
1KM from the beach and Maxs Beach Bar, 200m from the shops (including a supermarket and newsagent) walking distance to the golf club and driving range plus the benefit of a few good local restaurants make this one of the best locations you can imagine in Spain.
A car is essential if you are not a taxi person. You will find the taxi rank at the bottom of the hill near OpenCor supermarket (1km).
All the main attractions are within a short distance including Fuengirola, La Cala, Marbella and Puerto Banus.












 

 

 

From the roof terrace there are fabulous panoramic views of the Mijas mountains and the sea.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, cycling, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum.

Mijas in the mountains, Marbella for shopping, Puerto Banus for the sassy, Malaga for culture.
