Two and a half miles from Our Ladys Island in a peacful lane leading to a beach and tidal lagoon, this delightful holiday home is perfect for bird watchers and nature lovers. It is attractively furnished and decorated and has a very large garden and decking terrace, a pond and wilderness area. This scenic area boasts numerous interesting attractions including the Wexford National Heritage Park, the Saltee Islands, Hook Lighthouse and Kilmakee Garden. Golf, fishing, diving, riding and boat trips are all available locally

There are shops, pubs and restaurants within 1.5 miles. The services are oil central heating, woodburner in lounge, initial supply of fuel provided. Bed linen also provided. There is a large garden terrace, garden furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. Up to 2 pets are welcome. 

This area is a well-known place of Pilgrimage. A nice walk is around the actual island. Note the ruin of the original Church - it is regarded as having a greater lean that the Tower of Pisa. Ladys Island is also a well known bird watching area so do not be surprised if on your travels you come across the many bird watchers who visit this area. One rare bird sighting is followed by a phone call to the bird watchers phone line and then you will notice a huge influence of bird watchers. If you notice this be sure and ask what bird has been sighted - you may be lucky yourself.

Wexford
This town is well worth seeing and is laden with very nice coffee shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. For the ladies it has plentiful boutiques, which are as good as any in the high street

This is a beautiful new modern dormer bungalow. It is very tastefully decorated ensuring plenty of natural light. As well as the bedrooms mentioned it also has a large kitchen with a separate utility room. This is very much a home from home. Regardless of the weather there is nothing cosier than coming into a warm house with a wood burning stove keeping everyone warm

The country house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The country house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking country house

The country house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The country house is right beside walking.

The house and gardens were beautiful and well maintined. The house was very cozy and in good condition. We felt quite at home there. We loved the remote location, being just a short walk from the beach, and also found it to be a great central location for various day trips. We would definitely recommend this property and would return again in a heartbeat!"
