Casa Jacob is a villa set within the village of La Capellania on the outskirts of the popular tourist resort of Corralejo.

This villa has been decorated to a very high standard, as you will see from the photos. Our work takes us to Fuerteventura a few times a year and we bought this villa with the intention of keeping it for or own personal use, but now that I have just completed the decoration it seems a shame to leave it empty.  

You will find everything you need to enjoy your stay, the sitting room has high ceilings with two ceiling fans, two large sofas, 40 inch flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound home cinema. We have a large selection of movies for you to choose from if you fancy a relaxing night in and a great selection of music cds. The living room has a lot of light with double doors opening out to the terrace, window facing the front of the villa and single glass door facing the terrace.

The Kitchen is fully fitted with Large fridge/freezer, touch control halogen hob and oven, large extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, Kettle, toaster, crockery for 12 place settings, wine glasses, tall and small glasses, large selection of saucepans & cooking utensils.

We have two double bedrooms with king size beds, special support mattress for comfort, quilts and pillows are all excellent quality, so a good nights sleep is guaranteed.each bedroom has a window and ceiling fan, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

The Bathroom has a full size bath and power shower, spot lights over the mirror, hair dryer and plenty of soft bath & hand towels.

The Utility has a washing machine, dryer, Iron & Ironing Board.

The patio is is very spacious and completely private. We do all our dining out here with the table accommodating 6 adults we have 4 sun loungers with different positions for your back and legs. Beach towels are supplied for your use on the beds, Please do not remove the towels from the premises.

If you fancy trying some authentic barbecued steaks or fish please feel free to use or barbecue.

When you arrive at the villa we will have water chilling in the fridge, and a bottle of wine to relax you and get you into the holiday atmosphere  

Welcome pack on arrival. The sun rises on the patio area and stays on the terrace until early evening.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, a theatre/cinema, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, cycling, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, golf, a zoo.
