Velas Blancas (White Sails) is set overlooking all of Almerimar, with two golf courses directly in front and views to the sea and the second largest marina in Europe. The golf courses to the front of the apartment are open all year round and are renowned for the high quality of play. The Beach is a 7 minute walk, and the pool is directly outside the rear terrace area.
 

The apartment is on the ground floor with terraces to both the front and rear gardens. The rear terrace gives direct access to the private communal pool. The apartment has been designed by a professional interior designer and has been finished to an exceptionally high standard with regards to all furniture and soft furnishings.  

Almerimar is the playground for the rich in this province of Spain. Boasting the second largest marina in Europe, one of the most established golf courses and a great Blue flag beach Almerimar is the perfect location for both the family and couples. Almerimar also gives direct access into the Sierra Nevada where within a 1 hour you can be in the heart of the mountains and in November to the beginning of March you could literally be Skiing in the morning and on the beach for the afternoon.  

The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites, a museum.
