Mihalis House consists of 3 separate apartments, all with private facilities: one two bedroom, a one bedroom and a studio. The house is a Cyprus traditional village family house, which has been converted into three spacious apartments under the village 'AGRO TOURISM' scheme sponsored by the Cyprus Tourist Organization. It has its own secluded yard offering peace and privacy to its occupants. All apartments open out into the courtyard area and the stone paved stairs lead up to the swimming pool. 

Mihalis House can sleep 8 persons Max. 4 in the two bedroom apartment, 2 on a double bed in the one bedroom apartment, and 2 in the studio on the double bed 

All bedrooms have private facilities with showers, WC, air conditioning, heating, TV, DVD.
Comfortable rooms decorated with traditional Cypriot materials.
Each apartment has an open plan dining and kitchen area. The kitchenettes are equipped with a hob, fridge, toaster, and microwave.
There are a washing machine and iron in the laundry room available for use by all guests.
Cleaning and changing linen and towels are provided every 4 days free of charge.
 

Although Skarinou village is small and quite, still supports all basics; a supermarket, bank and restaurants. It is centrally located, 10 kilometres from the beach and midway Larnaca and Limassol, two of the major cities in Cyprus and just 1 km from the motor way; this is a great advantage because it's easy to organise day trips and see more of Cyprus. Governor's Beach, is only 10 kilometres away; apart of it’s excellent shallow beach, also offers the spectacular white rocks area for those who like snorkelling, boating, fishing…or have a nice walk in one of the many nature trails on the hills near by, or on the beach watching a beautiful sunrise There is a grate selection of nice restaurants, where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner sitting under the trees… just a few meters away from the crystal water.

The village house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the in the sitting room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the village house cool.

The village house has television dvd. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this village house.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The village house is right beside climbing, walking, mountain biking, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Close to the village house you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Beate says: "It was exactly what we were looking for. We had rented the entire Mihalis house - being two families, and it was perfect to have all that space to use. Wonderful different sitting areas so that one could always find shadow. A very relaxed and laid-back atmoshpere. The houses beautifully restored and very well equippped. We slept and ate and relaxed by the pool - exactly what the doctor had ordered..... We hope to be back...... "
