Very bright and modern apartment with really big windows, about 59 m2 with a nice balcony 8x1,5m on the east with morning sun plus the hall and atrium 6x5m in front of the house. Very appropriate for those guests, who wish to have a pleasant, peaceful, safe, comfortable and quiet stay, but still not far from the city center. 

Apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with double bed, with bedlinen included. A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave and combined electric-gas table stove & classical oven, a dish washing machine, a toaster, a boiling and coffee machine and a dining table with kitchenware for up to six persons. A living room with a studio couch, that can be used as an additional bed for one or two guests. A bathroom with shower and toilet. A cloakroom for clothes, shoes and luggage. All rooms are air conditioned and completely furnished, also with window shades and courtains. Central heating, a sat TV with over 400 international channels from over 10 satellites (rotating antenna) and a PC, connected to an internet via fast ADSL communication add a technical aspect of a comfort stay.
If you come with your own portable PC, there are both wire & wireless internet connections. 

A balcony is very appropriate for having a cup of coffee or tea, to read a book and have a deep breath of a fresh air in the green neighbourhood. A small garden with a barbecue makes afternoons or evenings with a company more funny.
Parking places just at the house make a stay even more safe and comfortable.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a east facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find swimming, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, skiing/snowboarding, golf.
