It is only 2 to 3 minutes walk from the Yumbo Centre and all local facilities which includes the Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and money exchange. You are also not too far from Car Hire offices and the local taxi services.
You are also only a 10 minute walk away from the Kasbah centre and the Gran Chapparal commercial centres.
With the main Playa Del Ingles beach only 8 minutes walk away the Villa Grecia is ideally situated for all your holiday needs.

The villa has four bedrooms and will sleep upto 10 people with the aid of sofa beds.
There is one ensuite double bedroom, and one ensuite twin bedroom. There is also one double bedroom and one twin bedroom which share a bathroom.
Please note that three of the bedrooms have their own private terrace.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for all your holiday needs. It hosts an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
If you enjoy home entertainment you will find the comfortable lounge has it´s own music system, satallite television and a DVD.
You can enjoy a barbeque on the fully furnished sun terrace, great for those long warm summer evenings.

Colin says: "We all enjoyed our weeks stay at Villa Grecia this August. Great bedrooms with en-suite & other roms adequate. Kitchen fully equipped and lounge comfortable with large flat screen TV and DVD etc. Also music player for your enjoyment. Outside had a handy b-b-q and plenty of seats, loungers and the pool was excellent with many inflateables & kids safety equipment for your use. Perhaps a litle more shade could have made his excellent but all in all a very enjoyable stay. The location was also good-not much noise but within a stones throw you were in the entertainment city. Gary (the owner) was very friendly & helpful and I would recommend this villa to any family / group."
