MASSIVE REDUCTIONS FOR SUMMER 2009.

Build in 2005 this 2-Bed Duplex Villa has fantastic views of Pissouri Bay and within walking distance of Pissouri Village. The communal pool is a large 45 feet x 21 feet. The house is air conditioned and has a spacious lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto an extremely large patio area/sun terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Seperate WC. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms both with built in wardrobes and the main bathroom. 

The village is approximately 1.5 miles downhill, Pissouri Village is renowned as one of the most charismatic and attractive villages in all Cyprus. Numerous shops, 2 banks, car hire, 10 tavernas/restaurants and 3 bars, yet none of this takes away the authentic Cypriot atmosphere. There is an ampitheatre nearby and dont miss Wednesday nights when the locals put on entertainment as you dine al fresco. Pissouri Bay beach is 2 miles long with a variety of watersports including a Scuba Diving centre and another 10 tavernas along with shops and a hotel. 

There is so much to do in and around this area, from Paphos with its nightlife and ancient archealogical sites (the mosaics and Tomb of the Kings are a must). The fabulous Aphrodite Hills Golf complex is one of the finest courses in the whole of the mediterranean and Tsada golf course is only a 15 minute drive. Troodos mountains are about an hour away and you can even ski there in the peak winter season. 

The property is fully equipped. Tastefully furnished to make this a real home from home.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, cycling, golf, scuba diving.

Within easy reach of the house you will find fishing, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Stuart says: "When first approaching the villa I was pleasantly surprised how good the view was. The inside of the villa was very clean and tidy. The cupboards were well stocked with the usual items for self catering. The commuanl swimming pool was a great succes with our children. There were changinging rooms and toilets underneath. The village of Pissouri was a 20min walk with excellent choice of reasonably priced restaurants. All in all the villa was great but you will definately need a car!"
