Casa da Eira is a newly refurbished 3 bedroomed farmhouse. Located in the countryside between Loule and Almancil. The villa is secluded offering total privacy and relaxation. The farmhouse is surrounded by fruit trees and has countryside views to Loule. It is a 20 minutes car journey from Faro airport and a 10 minutes journey to the beautiful sandy beach of Quarteira. Almancil and Loule are a 5 minute car journey offering plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. The owner is a wheelchair user so it is fully accessible.  

The villa has three double bedrooms, all en-suite. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the other two have twin beds. All shower rooms have wheel in showers. There is a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.There is a large lounge/dining room with satelite TV, DVD player and mini HI-FI. The property has the option of air-conditioning for those hot summers. It has a 10m x 5m swimming pool with hoist. It is salt chlorinated and can be heated if neccesary.There are sun loungers and patio furniture. Beach towels are provided. There is a large terrace and BBQ. The property manager is English and prices start from £350.

The farm house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the farm house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

The farmhouse is owned and designed by a wheelchair user and is wheelchair accessible. All rooms are on the ground floor with level access. There is a ramp leading from the parking area. All rooms are ensuite with level access shower room. The is a pool hoist. 

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Everything was first rate the owners parents who were so friendly and nice were there to meet us and had a gift pack for us which was very handy as we arrived on Sunday and a lot of the shops were closed. The pool was really great also. Would most certainly return."
