A set of sliding patio doors leads to the covered terrace which in turn leads to an additional open air terrace which is ideal for al fresco dining.The master bedrrom has a double bed,built in wardrobes and its own en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes.The second bathroom complete with shower is provided for its use.Both bathrooms are fully tiled and fitted to a very high standard.The communal pool and gardens are very well maintained and there is a large swimming pool complete with shallow area for the little ones.There are also changing facilities and a wc provide adjacent to the pool.Please provide your own pool/beach towels.  

This apartment is within a secure gated comunity set in a quiet residential area next to the beautiful Paloma Park. Here you will find many walkways, fountains, cafeteria and Selwo dolphinarium. The Puerto Marina, which has twice won the "Best Marina In The World" award, is a mile away with its many beautiful yachts, shops, bars, international restaurants and Sea Life Centre. The promenade and beach are a 5 minute stroll down the road and stretches for miles in each direction. Tivoli World is 5 mins away where you can go on the thrilling rides or relax by the bars watching one of the many excellent shows. The cable car will take you to the peak of Mount Calmorro, more than 600m high. The renowned Torrequebrada golf course is 5 mins away and there is a casino on the outskirts of town.

With its all year round good climate, Benalmadena in the heart of the Costa del Sol is the perfect location. Whether you are on a family holiday or older clients looking for an extended stay, this apartment is perfect. You will be able to enjoy inexpensive flights from local regional airports to Malaga, which is only a 15 minute drive to Benalmadena. Alternatively, there is a train, which runs from the airport to Benalmadena. The station is approximately half a mile from the apartment and has a large taxi rank adjoining it.

Patrick says: "This is our third year going to Benalmadena Garden Apartment. We had a wonderful holiday yet again. The apartment is like a home from home. The photos on the website are exactly what it is like when you get there. The seperate kitchen is fantastic, we stayed for 3 weeks this year so I did a lot of cooking which was made very easy as all the cooking utensils, pots and pans, big fridge and proper cooker with oven is provided. We have 2 boys aged 8 and 5. There is an xbox and satalite tv which was great for them. The complex is nice and quiet, most days we had the swimming pool all to ourselves, it is a lovely pool set in a grassed garden and very well kept. The location of the apartment suits us very well, it is directly across from Selwo which is a sealife centre. Next to Selwo is Paloma Park, a beautiful park with all sorts of animals and birds roaming around freely, ie rabbits, peacocks, chickens etc. the kids love it. It also has several playgrounds and a couple of really nice bars located at the two main entrances. The beach is a 10 min walk to the right of the appt. and Arroyo, a lovely town is a 10 min walk to the left of the appt. Maggie, the lady that looks after the appartment, lives on the top floor so she is always on hand if you need anything. She is very helpful. We highly recommend Benalmadena Garden appartment. "
