the title says it all: look to the sea, on to the Atlantic. This exclusive park has been founded some 20 years ago, the grounds are mature gardens including many trees. Many large villas, all kept very well. Reception and restaurant, Tennis court, communal pool which in summer afternoons is a meeting place for all: lawn nearby for ball games, crazy golf and occasional games. 

We own this house from February 2006 and have started the refurbishing. Untill now we did a bathroom, kitchen and totally changed the looks with new and modern furniture. We put in a 42" plasma with satellite receiver and home theatre. Some DVDs available as are books and old fashioned games. Wireless (and wired) internet available from July 2006 at extra costs, skype works well.
But what do you need the inside for, the outside is better: terrace with dining table, lawn, sunbeds and a roof terrace with fixed furniture and stunning panoramic views. 

Just step out of the garden fence and you are on the cliffs. You can walk the cliffs even to Carvoeiro and to the other side to Armacao de Pera. That is a real waterfront house. But watch out not to fall off the cliff. The beach is only 200 metres away; cross the parking lot and go down the steps. Various other great between-the-cliffs beaches nearby.
A really fabulous Italian restaurant on the premises but in Carvoeiro a whole lot of others. And what about Portimao: fresh fish in the morning! Supermarket on 1 km, large supermarket in Carvoeiro and Lagoa. A car...you can do without but transfer costs will be about the same as a car so, yes, do rent one. Gives you the opportunity to see more. 

Refurbished 2006/2007, new furniture. Airconditioning in bedrooms only but no need for an airconditioned living. Pool heating available at extra cost. Advisable from oct-may.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, tennis, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.
