This lovely 2 bed villa is just a few yards from the sea. It's location - San Miguel Village, is perceived as one of the most envilable spots within the prestigous areas of Golf Del Sur, South Tenerife.

This very quaint 2 or 3 bed villa is really nicely kept. The front lawn is kept immaculately by the gardeners and privates a completely private area for sunbathing. A terraced area houses a dining table, chairs and recliners.

Fron the garden the patio doors lead into the living room. Here you will find 2 sofas, a coffee table, TV (BBC, ITV etc), video and other items of furniture.

Raised up above the living room is the dining area with a table and chairs. To the right of the dining area is the kitchen with washing machine, microwave oven and hob.

Beyond the kitchen are the bedrooms. All have twin beds and the master has an ensuite. There is another family bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is small, although it still has two single beds.

The pool is within a few metres of the front garden. This is a stunning sea front location with a childs and adult pool. The pool can only be accessed by residents of the villas and entry is with a swipe card - therefore it remains very quiet.

The villa provides a very peaceful setting and it's hard to believe that the resort centre is just a 2 minute walk around the corner!

Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!

A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

Property Management

This Villa is looked after by a Local Management company who have offices in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur. They will be only too pleased to help you during your stay so please feel free to pop in for a chat!!

Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by and on hand should you require them.

They also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the Villa. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The Villa has a lovely private front Garden. There is an outside dining table and chairs for eating 'al fresco'.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.

The championship golf course is just a short walk away.

This Villa is well positioned to explore Mount Teide and it's fabulous cable car ride!

Veronica says: "Nice big and comfortable house, not top luxury but neat and well maintained Nicely furnished wonderfully equipped with appliances and practical stuff you would need on a daily basis at home, useful for families with children, carefully planned and provided by the owner ranging from all sort of domestic appliances up to a first aid kit, Even a useful welcome guide made by the owner with pratical information about what to see, what to do, recommended restaurants nearby, first aid and trouble shooting tips, Also kindly provided by the owner: a lot of interesting books to read, videos (some for children), all in english, beach buckets & shovels for kids and beach towels.I would indeed recommend for families with kids. Suggestions: With a dish washer and cleaning service, it would have been a must. Excellent location: a stone´s throw away from the shopping centre and restaurants with kids menus. We liked good english restaurants, nice food, excellent service, good value for money: The Opera and the one next, The Plaza I think.
