Zell am See is a beautiful lakeside alpine town nestling in a large sunny valley. It is only one hour from Salzburg and easily accessible by the budget airlines.

Zell is a truly all year round resort with heaps to do and see in both summer and winter. It is a friendly and family orientated ski resort with great facilities.

Our apartment is in a quiet but central part of town, only 200 metres from the ski lift, only 300 m from the lake and beaches, just 80 metres from the icerink and swimming pools and the shops and restaurants are very close. Its an ideal location.


 

Our apartment is on the third floor of a modern chalet style building. It has a large balcony with superb views across the lake. It is spacious, modern and sunny and has a living area of 60m2 plus a large balcony. Accommodation consists of a double bedroom with double and single, large lounge diner with a large double sofa bed, lobby, toilet, bathroom, and large fully fitted Neff kitchen.

Storage for skis etc and washing machines etc. in basement and private parking at rear of building. It has a lift to all floors. FREE INTERNET WI FI. 

This apartment is well equipped with a full sized large fitted kitchen.
It alos has FREE Unlimited internet WI FI  

There is a large indoor awimming pool, sauna etc and ice rink next door to the apartments but a fee is charged for use. Large balcony faces the lake with morning sun and lovely lake and mountain views, FREE UNLIMITED WI FI INTERNET.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Bunk above the double bed in bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the In lounge. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There are no stairs at the rear entrance of the chalet and there is a lift to the 3rd floor. There is a shower in the bath but no special disabled facilities othe than the ease of access. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

The apartment is right beside a sports center, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
