There are several championship golf courses within a five minutes drive of the villa.

Car hire and private driver can be arranged for an additional cost. Drinks at your private bar are available for sale at reasonable prices, and be sure to ask about the all-inclusive special.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In 2nd living area. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Lorraine says: "We spent a wonderful week at Ocean View Villa . We were a relatively large group(14) and the house fit us very comfortably. Millicent and Lindo made us feel completely welcome and went out of their way to help us out during our stay. The rooms were all very clean with comfortable beds, clean linens, own private bathrooms and an amazing view of the ocean. I am extremely particular about cleanliness and it met my expectations. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook a nice meal and great dinning room to enjoy. We spent many fun hours by the pool, in the large family room, the recreation room and even in the beautiful front porch! My favorite part of the house was the elevated deck and back porch, where we could all eat, drink together with the beautiful views of the water as a backdro p. Though there were days that we were quite happy to spend the entire day enjoying the house, the location was such that we were still able to travel quite a bit around the island. We felt completely at Home , We would really recommend Ocean View to anyone looking to vacation in the Ocho Rios area. " and will be returning again soon."
