The apartment complex is located ia short walk from the sandy beach area which is brimming with restaurants, bars and shops. You don´t need a car but you may find it handy for getting to and from the airport and if you do wish to explore further afield. 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Underground parking with lift access to the apartment. Accommodation all on one floor. Access to residents´ pool and gardens down 5 or 6 steps. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Jenny says: "The property was excellent. It was modern with good amenities, the beach and shops really close by and a lovely pool area. We thoroughly relaxed throughout the whole 2 weeks and the lower ground location was ideal for our younger son. There were plenty of utensils in the kitchen to enable meals to be made, however, would suggest as a little suggestion that cutting knifes are sharpened!! The whole process of dealing with the property owner was fantastic. She would call or e-mail immediately to respond to any of my requests, and as as we drove down it was so handy to be able to pick up and dro p off the keys out of hours. This was our first self catering holiday and overall the experience for us was excellent. "
