The apartment has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Underground parking with lift access to the apartment. Accommodation is all on one level. Access to the residents´ pool and gardensis by a ramp. 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing patio area. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Morten says: "Golden Beach is an excellent place for spending the holiday, however, there are a few things which should be imporved: - There are no moscito-net on the windows. Our kids had a lot of red dots all over their bodies due to the moscitos in the appartment. They were looking sick due to all the red dots, especially the first three-four days. Rest of the time we spent 1/2 hour hunting moscitoes every night. - There should be a vacuum cleaner in the appartment. The small carpet in the living room was "alive" with a lot of small animals/insects. Without a vacuum cleaner the housecleaners are not able to clean it properly. We had to clean it ourselves outdoors. - The sofa and curtains were dirty. Before the summer season it should be looking good. Except for this, we find Golden Beach excellent."
