It is direct neighbour to The Port St Charles Marina, which is equipped with it's own Heli-pad and is home for several luxurious yachts. The shops, banks, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The Historic Speightstown offers an amazing taste of the original caribbean culture. The famous Sandy Lane Golf Course played by Tiger Woods on numerous ocassions is 20 minutes drive away.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony. If you are driving there is a garage.

The house is right beside a beach.

Close to the house you will find swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a museum, a theatre/cinema.
