The property is a 2-bedroom/ 2-bathroom ground floor apartment in the Park Beach beachside resort. This property has a double bedroom with en-suite marble bathroom, a second twin bedroom with access to a marble shower room in hall way, a fully fitted kitchen with adjoining utility room, a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area with fireplace and doors leading onto an enclosed south facing semi-private garden/ patio area. There is easy access to the large community pool & garden area from the either the front door or garden and the beach is approximately 500 yards away. The apartment contains all the comforts you would expect, fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher a comfortable lounge with music system television video and a satellite system that can receive BBC channels (please note sky is not included though if you take your card with you it should) The terrace has a table which seats 6 and a portable barbecue. There is air-conditioning for the summer months and heating for the winter months. There are two large community walk-in pool areas.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. Jacki says: "This is a superb, spacious, light and airy apartment. We had a fantastic stay. Being on the ground floor with an outdoor space was a bonus for eating out in the evenings. The very close access to the pool was a very pleasant surprise. The air conditioning kept us very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future."
