The Villa includes a comfortable and homely lounge area. It has a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa and chair. There is a TV with satellite receiver for BBC and ITV, Sky News and CBeebies plus various other channels. Books and games have been provided for those who wish to use them 

There are two bedrooms with built in double wardrobes, twin 3ft beds and dressing table.They share a balcony overlooking the pool. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin with storage cupboard.

There is a Dining Area with a round table and 4 chairs, leading to a well equipped Kitchen.

The kitchen has a full oven, halogen hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a full sized dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, small blender and coffee machine.

There is a large entrance hall with separate toilet and washbasin. The Villa has a 13 metre pool which is shared with the other 7 properties on the condominium. The pool is surrounded by flower beds and has a cold water shower.

 

Outside there is also a garden table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers with drinks table. There is also a barbecue.

The Villa is fully serviced. Towels will be changed mid week with full cleaning and bed changing after 1 week. Our Agent will deal promptly with any problems and can be contacted by telephone.

A travel cot is available, suitable for use up to age 3, and a buggy suitable for a toddler.

At your request, it is possible to arrange for some provisions (bread and milk etc) to be provided ready for your arrival.  

The property has 2 bedrooms each with twin beds, there is also a travel cot available which will suit a toddler up to the age of 3 years together with a pushchair also suitable for a toddler upto the age of 3. Heating available from October to May

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

Dogs only, must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the property, and toileting must be made off the property, and cleaned up. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
