This is probably one of the most spacious apartments in the whole complex! It's brand new and immaculately furnished. The other benefit is that it enjoys a perfect position at the back of complex. The lovely balcony overlooks the pool, beyond which the resort of Los Cristianos rolls down to the sea. The balcony is a perfect place to sit in the sun with a nice cold drink!!

Like the complex, the apartment is brand new with a sparkling new marble floor and new furniture. It is a particularly spacious for a one bed apartment. There are two leather sofas, one being a sofa bed so the apartment can sleep 4. There is also a coffee table, satellite TV (BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4), DVD and dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room you walk out through the patio doors to the balcony with 2 sunbeds, a patio table, 4 chairs and lovely views.


Again the sparkling bathroom is much larger than one would expect from a one bed apartment, including a lovely walk-in shower.

The fully fitted Kitchen is fresh and modern, keeping nice and separate from the lounge.

The well designed pool area acts as a real suntrap and is therefore ideal for sun worshippers. The Pool is heated in winter. The Pool Bar serves snacks and has a very friendly atmosphere.

The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. It includes a very popular pool bar and restauarant.

Set in the more prestigious area of Los Cristianos has some lovely restaurants close by, plenty of bars (including a Sports bar showing all the leading Sporting events), a well stocked supermarket, car hire and excursion shops.

The main resort centre area, Los Cristianos harbour and the beautiful beach at Las Vistas is a 10-15 minutes walk. Here you will find a large selection of shops, boutiques, nightclubs and some lovely sea front bars and restaurants.

This apartment is looked after by a local Management company who's details will be left in the apartment for you. They are local and available should you need them during your stay.

A taxi transfer from the airport can be provided. We also have a fleet of hire cars and can leave them at the airport should you want to pick one up.
 

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Elizabeth says: "Great modern clean and comfortable holiday apartment. We stayed for three weeks so a bigger TV would have been nice. However we knew TV was small when we booked (from previous comments) so shouldnt complain. The large balcony with afternoon sun was a joy. I loved the fact that when we arrived the apartment was furnished with water, tea, coffee, milk and sugar, so we could relax before we went out to the local Spar to shop. The balcony seat covers were grubby, I was tempted to put them in the washer, but the label said handwash so I just covered them with beach towels. Lights fused one evening but the respoonse from the emergency management number was excellent. They were with us within 10 minutes put things right and were really nice people. All round, excellent and hope to return. Liz & Eric "
