This detached Villa is set in a quiet area, ideal for a relaxing 'getaway from it all' holiday.

The Solar Heated private swimming pool is newly built and has a lovely terrace with sea, golf course and marina views. There is a sheltered side terrace with a small border consisting of tropical shrubs. Sunbeds are provided along with garden furniture and a barbeque.

The Villa is fairly spacious with a large lounge area leading out to the swimming pool and side terrace via two sets of French doors. The kitchen area is completely separated from the lounge. The lounge consists of a three-piece suite with sateliite television and lovely sea views. From here you walk into the consevatory area with a dining table and chairs which overook the pool. From here you also have gorgeous sea views.

The satellite TV picks up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.

The master bedroom, with double bed, has an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom is also a double. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds in each room. There is also a second bathroom.

For extra security all the windows have electric shutters.

Location
10 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.

Amarilla Golf is a small developing resort. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.

A very short walk away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.

Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Property Management

This apartment is managed by a local management company. Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by.

They also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the Villa. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked. 

The Villa has gorgeous views over the golf course to the sea and new marina.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
