The golf estate is in Mossel Bay, a historic town with beautiful beaches situated on the world famous Garden Route of South Africa. The location of the golf course on the estate is such that you can "see the sea from every tee"...

Other top ranked golf courses in the area include: Pinnacle Point, Oubaai, George Golf Club, Fancourt, Pezula and Goose Valley. The Garden Route Casino at Pinnacle Point is only 10 minutes' drive from the villa.

Whale spotting from the balcony of the villa is very likely from July through to October. Dolphins frolic in the waves in front of the villa all year round. Game viewing excursions are very popular. Shark cage diving and bungee jumping are popular adrenalin activities in the area.

The villa manager, Bobby, lives in a self-contained flat in a separate part of the property and is available to help with local information, golf bookings, driving etc.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Brenda says: "This is a fabulous property with lovely views out to sea. The property itself is fantastic with modern bathrooms and kitchen. The picture windows and balconies enable visitors to fully enjoy the ever changing views. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the surf and were unlucky not to see whales from the villa. Bobby (who lives in the self-contained apartment below) was a very useful guide with lots of helpful information. We had a fantastic week and look forward to being able to return one day."
