The most relaxing way to enjoy your holiday is to stay somewhere that feels like home with a few added luxuries. Less than ten minutes from the Disney main entrance and other leading attractions, shopping malls and restaurants. Set in an exclusive development our home boasts a spectacular view over the lake as well as a beautiful swimming pool and latest safety features. Our luxury furnished home can accommodate up to eight people easily and we also have a sofa bed that will accommodate another two guests.  

Every facility is provided for to help make your stay in Florida just perfect, for the kids we have a TV in every bedroom along with Xbox, DVD stereo in the living room, for everyone we also have a pool table, air hockey, foosball table and dart board for those evenings when you just want to kick back and relax. We also provide all linen; towels and your usual household items needed to make your stay just right. And for moms (at no extra cost) we can hide the iron and ironing board! 

Our home is ideally located for families or couples looking for the magic of Florida, our management company ensures that your stay in our home will be great from the meet and greet to the complementary welcome pack awaiting your arrival (yes dad this does include beer or wine) all the way through your stay and they will also be there for your departure date. Our location is perfect for everyone whether you are looking for a theme park holiday, golfing (were just 10 minutes away from one of the best courses in Florida) Whatever your looking for in a holiday venue or accommodation both Florida and our home will make sure you have the holiday of a lifetime! 

Beautiful views over the lake located at the rear of the house. Our home is ideal for families, every facility is provided for to make your stay at our home both fun and safe. For toddlers we have a safety fence for the pool area along with an audible warning every time the patio doors are opened and closed. And if the children ever tire of the pool (never going to happen) there is the community toddler play area less that 1 minute walk away. We also provide cable TV for every bedroom along with an Xbox for the kids (Big & Small) in the main living room.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, flying, a zoo.
