The Zejtun bus terminus is 10 minutes walk away from the house. However a car is recommended to be more free to travel all over the island

You will be met at the airport at whatever time you arrive. The owner will meet you and take you directly to the house so that you can feel at home when you arrive. 

This house is on the outskirts of the village of Zejtun. Within 15 minutes drive, you can be in Marsaxlokk Bay which is a the hub of the fish restaurants in Malta.
Within 20 mins drive, you can find Marsascala Bay, another area full of bars, restaurants.
 

This beautiful 4 bedroom and recently restored house of character is located on the outskirts of Zejtun village in a peaceful road close to typical Maltese countryside. Downstairs all rooms are surrounding a sunny courtyard, with a barbecue and a lot of privacy. An entrance hall, a fully-equipped separate kitchen and a lovely large arched lounge/ living room, complete with cable television, are also located on the ground floor. There is also an extra bathroom on the ground floor. Access to the first floor is from an internal stone stairs. On the first floor youll find the three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and there is also an extra bathroom. Access to the second floor is through a spiral staircase where you will find another bedroom with a bathroom ensuite. A lovely roof terrace from where you can admire the surrounding village of Zejtun. This rustic house is beautifully furnished and delightfully blends antique and Swedish-pine furniture.

The village house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The village house has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use.

The village house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this village house.

The village house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Beat says: "We booked the Casa Rustika at very short notice, and received a very warm welcome by Reno, the owner. He came pick us up at the airport (very much appreciated) and took us to the house. He also arranged for some food for the next day, and we felt at home immediately. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and has a nice, cool patio to relax with a BBQ after a day out in the sun. After our return, we received an e-mail from Reno asking whether all was fine. Small details that make a big difference! All in all, it was a very nice experience, which we can recommend to anybody.
