This brand new 2 bedroom apartment is modern and tastefully furnished and finished to the highest standard, the apartment is ideal for a family of four, two couples or a group of golfers to spend their holiday, being handy for both Golf and the beach.

For Golfers the property is literally 1 minute from the 1st tee and clubhouse of the Jose’ Marie Canezares designed Baviera Golf Course. For families the apartment is 15 minutes walk from the excellent Costa del Sol beach of Caleta de Velez, which is connected by the longest promenade in Spain to the resorts of Mesquitilla through Algorobbo, Caleta de Velez and onto Torre del Mar.

The accommodation all furnished in Spanish style consists of.

Lounge with a 3 seater / double bed settee and 2 seater sofa, 6 place dining table and a flat screen T.V./Radio

1st bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobe and ensuite bathroom complete with shower etc.

2nd bedroom has two single beds with fitted wardrobe and is next door to separate shower room/toilet

The kitchen is well equipped with, breakfast bar, cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dish washer, toaster, griddle, crockery, iron, glassware and cutlery pots and pans etc.

The balcony comes complete with Bar-B-Q, patio table with 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers and a 5-seater Jacuzzi hot tube with mountain views to the west and north, excellent to relax after a round of golf or to unwind in the evening after a day in the sun.

The apartment is part of the small complex of Las Carmelitas. The complex is fully fenced and gated with access restricted both to pedestrians and cars to key holders. Parking is underground with remote controlled access in designated spaces with a lift to the second floor apartment. The whole site is neatly laid out with lighted, wheelchair friendly sloping pathways. The complex also has its own outdoor swimming pool for resident’s use.

This is a non-smoking apartment but allowed on the balcony.

Linen and towels are provided (not beach towels) and will be cleaned on change over.
Stays longer than 7 days a change of linen etc., and cleaning will be provided.
Additional changes and cleaning can be provided at a local rate .

 

The local area is well supplied with bars and restaurants in Caleta de Velez and along the coast. The large resort of Torre del Mar has all the facilities one would expect of a lively resort including several night-clubs.

Only 5 minutes away is a large shopping and entertainment complex of El Ingenio with hyper-market, cinemas, bowling alley nearby is one of the largest water parks in the Costa del Sol. Water-sports are also available all along the coast.

Go-karting and riding are available locally. Fishing trips can be booked through the marina in Caleta Guided walks in the mountains can be arranged via the caretaker.

The typically Spanish town of Nerja is 10 minutes away. The town’s old quarter remains mostly unchanged and preserves the classic narrow streets leading onto the Balcon de Europe the main feature of the town. The caves with amazing stalagmites and stalactites and huge caverns are well worth a visit.

Small quaint villages such as Competa, Torrox Puablo and Frigiliana are only 20 minutes away.

Try the Tapas bars for a taste of Spanish Cuisine. Gazpacho is Spain’s most famous soup, which originated in Andalucia.

For the adventurous the World Cup Skiing Resort of Sierra Nevada is easily driveable in a day and provides excellent skiing for all categories at a reasonable price

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, golf.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find mountain biking, a museum.
