This well appointed apartment is located in the exclusive El Presidente complex. The apartment is on the ground floor, has an entrance hall, large lounge dining room, fully equipped kitchen and two en suite bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom plus a quality folding bed which can be set up in either bedroom, the lounge or the hall. The spacious lounge has two large leather sofas, wide screen satelite TV (English terrestial and Sky channels plus a range of foreign language channels), DVD and CD sound system. The main bedroom has a king size bed, TV and en suite with bath and shower. The twin bedroom en suite has a large shower. Both bedrooms have generous wardrobe space and views over the main fountain. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, crockery, glassware and utensils.

French doors lead on to the terrace which has dining furniture, oudoor lighting and a BBQ for Al Fresco meals. The garden has sun loungers for private sun bathing. The garden leads on to the heated pool.

The apartment is set in beautiful sub tropical gardens with ornamental pools and fountains. The complex has 4 further pools. The main pool has a separate toddlers area, well maintained toilets and lifeguards present during the Summer months. Sun loungers are provided at all pools. The beach is approx. 400m from the apartment. There are several beach bars nearby.

Security guards are on site 24 hours, but are unobtrusive. There is ample parking on the road around the complex.
 

There are many bars and good quality restaurants, including Thai, Chinese, Indian, Italian and traditional Spanish, within strolling distance. The nearby mountain village of Benahavis has many restaurants and is ideal for an evening out. There is a choice of supermarkets which sell familiar brands plus Spanish produce, especially a fantastic range of fresh fish.

GOLF - There are over 30 first class courses nearby making El Presidente an ideal location for a golf break.
 

Sophisticated Puerto Banus with its designer boutiques, marina, bars and restaurants is a short drive away. Here you can shop til you drop, stroll around celeb spotting, relax in one of the bars overlooking the fantastic yachts and cruisers or visit one of the nightclubs. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Zeb bed, can be in either bedroom or in the lounge.. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court.

Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a themepark.
