3/4 Bedroom luxury detached Villa with its own pool in the heart of the prestigious Vilamoura area of The Algarve. The Villa is nestled in a quite and private cul-de-sac a couple of minutes walk from the famous Pinhal golf course. Also in close proximity are the majestic Vilamoura Old Course, and Millennium and Laguna courses. Vilamoura Marina with its many shops, fine restaurants and bars is around a 20-25 minute walk away.  

The Villa has 3 double bedrooms and a small study/child's bedroom. There are 3 luxurious bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. Bedrooms 1 and 2 on the first floor have double doors opening onto a shared balcony with charming views across orange tiled roofs towards Vilamoura Marina. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is a large sitting room with double sliding doors opening directly onto the pool patio area. Next to the sitting room is the dinning room with large oak dinning table comfortably seating six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need for a pleasant self catering holiday. In the utility room outside you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

The garden is pretty and well stocked. There is a small lawn area at the rear with shrubs, flowers and a lemon tree and an abundance or bougainvillea vines. A huge palm, creating natural shade, dominates the front of the Villa. The pool is large for a villa of this size.

There is a 4th 'bedroom' (marked as Study on the plan) on the ground floor which can sleep an additional 2 children, although we would not recommend it for older children as the room is accessed through an arch off the dinning room and does not have a great deal of privacy.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.

Go-Kart track, Clay Pigeon Shooting. Lawn Bowls. Ten Pin Bowls. Water Parks and a Dolphinarium Park

Andy says: "FANTASTIC,BRILLIANT AND GREAT the best holiday we have all had in a villa ever. The villa was really lovely,clean tidy and spacious.Great location close enough 2 lively nite life in the marina,with was less than 6euros in the local taxi(they all speak perfect english when you phone and book) but nice and quite during the day by the pool.There is loads of outside space around the pool with a lovely shaded eating area with a BBQ.Two bedrooms upstair(1xdoudle 1xtwin both ensuite) they share a balconcy which is a nice area overlooking pool. Doudle room downstairs with opens out onto pool area. Nice local supermarket,resturant and bars all in walking distance of the villa.The cactus bar near the supermaket do a pint of local larger for 1 euro,and kareoke on a sunday(nelson the owner is very friendly and welcoming). We visited the casino in valimora 1 evening for a meal which was ok but the show really done it 4 the men which was very entertaining with topless ladys, and after the show the casino is very busy. Golf in the area is spectcular and to get the best offers you have to tee off in the middle of the day,which is fine if you can hack the heat.The boys paid 55 euros with included 18 holes,buggy and golf club hire.Well worth a round. So all in all a great holiday and we would all love to go back. Thank you so much 4 the use of your lovely villa."
