This property is ideal for family parties who like to discover untapped, unspoilt holiday spots. As there are two units - a main house for 6 and a bungalow for 4 - so for larger groups you can holiday together but still have your own space. As you enter the property by the gate, ahead of you is a marbled patio with a garden to the left, the main house to the right and the bungalow straight ahead. The main house has a downstairs that sleeps 4 and a separate apartment, reached by the stairs immediately to the right of the gates, that sleeps 2. On the other side of the main house is a games room with pool table and dart board. There is another garden between the far end of the main house and behind the bungalow. The gardens have beautiful flowering plants and the requisite lemon trees - for the 'ice and a slice'  

The property lies between the Atlantic coast and the hills of the Serra do Cercal. There are cove beaches nearby, such as Porto Covo and Zambujeira and long stretches of beach at Santo Andre. Vila Nova de Milfontes is a 10 minute drive away, an attractive resort town situated at the mouth of the River Mira. The coastal strip that runs from the port of Sines down to Cape de São Vicente is within the Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina and so it is not an over developed area, quite the opposite, a real find. As would be thought for an Atlantic coastal area, it offers sailing, surfing, diving and fishing. Inland there are plenty of opportunities for horse riding, walking, cycling and bird watching. As a car is essential, this extends your sight seeing opportunities and makes it possible to organise a trip to Lisbon, golfing in the Algarve.
There are plenty of restaurants offering Alentejo dishes such as "Pork and Clams", as you would expect the fish dishes are varied and excellent. There are International restaurants such as Brazilian, Chinese, Italian etc. 

The bungalow is set within the garden of the property, outside the front door is an orange and a lemon tree - very handy at 'Tiffin' time. The kitchen, dining and living areas are open plan. The living area has an open fireplace. A dining area with table and chairs for 4. There are two bedrooms with double beds  

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
