Our NEW executive villa has been recently furnished to a very high standard. It is the ideal base for your Florida holiday, within minutes of Disney and other major Central Orlando attractions. The villa provides the latest in luxury and modern convenience.

It is located within the gated Westhaven community which has a communal swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's play area. The villa is well equipped to make it home from home. It has it's own heated, screened private pool with covered lanai and patio perfect for al-fresco dining!

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom: 1 American King Bed (sleeps 2) with an en-suite bathroom. It has a walk in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, 19" TV and stand and a radio alarm clock. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. There is patio doors which lead directly to the pool area.

Second Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2).There is a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and radio alarm. The room is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan.

Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2).There is a bedside cabinet, wardrobe and radio alarm. The room is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan.

Main Living Room / Dining area: Has 2 settees one of these is a Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). There are 3 coffee tables and reading lamps this adjoins a formal dining area with a Mahogany dining table with 6 chairs.

Family Room This has 2 settees with a 31" T.V , coffee tables, reading lamps and patio doors leading out to your own private pool.

Kitchen: It contains all the equipment you could possibly need. We have a lovely table and 4 chairs for casual dining. There is also an oven/hob, American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine and other added extras to make your stay really enjoyable.

Utility area: contains a large washing machine and tumble dryer.

Second Bathroom: This has a bath and shower, W.C




 

Westhaven is in a great location, we are based at the Hamlets which is only 15 minutes away from Disney Maingate, 20 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studios and 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre and Busch gardens.

The nearby International Airports are easily accessible 30 minutes to Orlando International and 60 minutes to Sanford.

If golf is your sport then this will be perfect for you as it is only a few minutes away from two of Greg Norman�s famous courses which are situated at Champions Gate. There is also many other courses nearby.

We are 5 minutes to the I 4 (Interstate 4) and also highway 27 which are two of the main roads to allow you easy access to explore Florida. It is essential that you have a car.

Other things you can do close by is an Airboat ride to see the alligators in their natural habitat or enjoy a birds eye view of Orlando in an Hot air baloon.

Shopping and Dining can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Champions Gate is a 5 minute drive. There is ample local amenities here. These include a well stocked supermarket, hairdressers, and petrol station, liquor store and bank. Food establishments and diners include a McDonalds, Subway and an Italian restaurant. There are also a number of others who provide takeaways or home delivery.

We are also close to Highway 27 and the 192 which have a large number shops and restaurants providing a vast amount of cuisines.

We have a private swimming pool with patio area for al-fresco dining. This has the added benefit of a ceiling fan and lights. Cots and BBQ are also available to hire from our management company for a small fee.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find walking, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Golf is 5 minutes away. Cocoa beach is within an hour.

Mount Dora is a beautiful place to visit with the countryside and lakes.
