The golf course is Internationally Award Winning and of an excellent standard, being home to many prestigious events throughout the year, such as the Sir Ian Botham charity tournament in October. 

 

The single room has facility as twin as the bed can be pulled out to create twin.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golf, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, horse riding, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a themepark.
