This villa is perfect for those seeking tranquility, privacy and spectacular views. It is right on the water with a beach. A car is a essential as it is about 45 minutes from St. John's.
Harmony Hall Restaurant and Art Gallery is walking distance from the villa also the Tamrind Bar Restaurant.
As they villa is on the East coast of the island there is always a lovely breeze coming off the Atlantic Ocean. 

 

 

Master bathroom has juccuzi. All three bedrooms have quenn size beds.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, boat hire, historic sites, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving, a museum, shopping areas, a food shop.

Benjamin says: "This is a lovely house rented by a really nice helpful local family. They made us very welcome and helped with our every need. The only negatives we could come up with would be the lack of mosquito nets on the windows which led to some bites for our children and the relatively exposed aspect on the windy side of the island, although this also gave a refreshing breeze when the weather was calmer. This is an great house for a young family. The pool can be closed off by locking the patio doors and there is a nice area around the house for local exploration. Nearby Half-Moon Bay beach is wonderful. Our stay was greatly enhanced by hiring a local chef which I would recommend. The owners found him for us."
