Casa Los Abetos is set in gated,private landscaped gardens with large terraces, and a large, beautiful pool.

Completely reformed and updated in Spring 2009 to create a brand new house internally.

Casa Los Abetos sleeps a maximum of 11 people and is fully equipped with a luxury kitchen, huge lounge dining area, with flat screen television with surround sound and dvd/cd player.

Casa Los Abetos is 15 minutes drive from Evissa (Ibiza Town) and 25 minutes from the airport. 

A five minute drive from both the sandy beaches at Niu Blau and Cala Pada, Casa Los Abetos is also minutes drive from the charming cosmopolitan town of Santa Eulalia with its EEC Blue Flag beach and famous resturants and marina.

The famous hippy market of Las Dalias is a few minutes drive at the artistic centre of San Carles.

The world famous Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar sunset bars of San Antonio are also 25 minutes drive from the house. 

7 minutes drive from Santa Eularia is the highly rated 18 hole golf course at Club de Golf Roca Llisa.

There is also Football, Tennis and a Leisure centre with indoor swimming pool and gym at Poliesportiu (sports centre) which is a 10 minute walk from the house.

In addition Santa Eularia has local gyms that accept short term members. 

i-pod compatible hi-fi. Casa Los Abetos has underfloor heating to warm the house in the winter months. Cots and cribs are available for hire locally and this can be arranged upon request. All hire costs to be paid extra and upon arrival.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 11 in the living room and 11 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

louise says: "Casa Los Abetos is undoubtedly a beautiful house situated in a quite and very Spanish part of Ibiza. It was our first visit to this island and we were all very impressed. The house was spacious with wonderful outside living space. The pool and gardens were beautiful and we made most of the huge outside dining areas and barbeque. We had a few electrical problems during our stay ie. the freezer broke and the washing machine did not work. The plumbing in the house was poor as one bathroom flooded everyday and the loos took forever to fill and so flushing was a problem. With 11 of us occupying the house this was a nuisance. Our contact/agent out there was helpful and did attempt to solve our problems but kept blaming the Spanish culture! I thought the cost of the villa was expensive but wouldnt have minded paying if everything was perfect."
