Exceptional porperty overlooking Kenmare Bay, only 2 miles from this picturesque and popular town. The house is one of 2 houses developed on 14 acres of land elevated to take maximum advantage of the beautiful views of Kenmare Town , the bay and the surrounding mountain. The property is finished to a very high standard, and has a lovely open plan living area, the house eventhought having 2 bedrooms is spacious, as the total area is 1500 sq. ft. All room are large and spacious, and the bathrooms have whirlpool Baths, the property is very quiet and private, and it also has electronic gates at the main road which gives added security and peace of mind.The property would ideally lend itself to a couple who are either are looking for a property in the area and want to get a feel for the area, or a couple who are currently building in the region.

Quentin says: "This property was a class apart. The norm for holiday rental properties is to pack you in for maximum return on investment. Everything about Bun Cill Athta is the opposite, large double bedrooms with equally large en-suites and exceptionally large open plan living, dining and well fitted kitchen. Windows everywhere provide masses of light that only adds to the feeling of space. Combine this with a secluded, but not too remote, location that has well planned outside space to appreciate the stunning views and you have a winner. We would visit again and recommend to anyone without hesitation."
