Located high on a hilltop above the Antigua Yacht Club Marina in English Harbour on the south coast, Harbour Hill offers its guests luxurious accommodation together with panoramic views over English Harbour and a birds-eye view of some of the worlds most beautiful yachts. 

Exquisitely furnished in an exotic mixture of Asian and New England styles. The large open-plan reception area has Cable TV, DVD, a Bose speaker system and Itunes music collection of over 2000 titles. There is a separate study area with a comprehensive library and internet connection (bring your own laptop).

At Harbour Hill you will experience the best of the inside/outside living style of the Caribbean. From the main reception area, seven sets of french doors open onto the broad verandas that surround the house. Adjacent to the panormaic terrace there is a dining pavilion with one of the best dinner views in Antigua.

The large and airy kitchen has a full size cooking range as well as fridge/freezer, drinks fridge and dish washer. From the kitchen, french doors lead out to the large pool and panoramic terrace. There is a party size BBQ.

On the main level there are two double bedrooms and two twin rooms. The master bedroom suite also has a dressing room and private balcony. There are four bathrooms , three of which are en-suite. On the lower level, accessed through a separate entrance there is an apartment consisting of double bedroom and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and most have ceiling fans. Altogether nine people can be accommodated very comfortably at Harbour Hill. 

The house sits in one and a half acres of beautifully landscaped private gardens with lawns mature trees and a plethora of tropical plants. There is a large pool and the house is floodlit at night. Remote controlled electric gates and the secluded location ensure complete privacy.

One of the greats benefits of staying at Harbour Hill is that seclusion doesn't mean isolation. Beaches, dining and shopping are all minutes away from the property so no long journey times. Turn right out the main gates and it's a 2 minute walk to one of Antigua's most beautiful beaches. Turn left and it's a short walk to the restaurants, shops, boats, diving and sports facilities of Falmouth Harbour and Nelson's Dockyard.
 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 9 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing.

Beach is 5 minutes walk from house. All watersport facilities at marina are within 5 minutes walk.

Jon says: "The property certainly measured up to expectation. High standards of care and maintenance plus excellent support from the local agent. Our visit was off season which meant that the yacht club and harbour was that much quieter than normal. Excellent choice of local restaurants within 10 minutes of the house, although not all open in the off-season. A rental car is essential - some local food shopping but main supermarkets in St Johns or some distance from the house. A highly recommended venue for a special holiday. We will look to return!"
