Villa Daniela is a nice and cosy holiday home, located in the territory of Fraginesi, a village at about 3 km from Castellammare del Golfo, where the main services and offices are available (such as bank, post, medical centre, supermarket, etc), approximately 3 km from Scopello and the beach of Guidaloca; the international airport of Palermo is about 40km away.
The Villa is organized on the ground floor and the inside of the house is accessible through the anterior veranda. The open plan living room is very large and furnished comfortably with original decorations such as antique manufacture tools and ceramic plates which together with the stove-fireplace give the room a very particular and fascinating aspect. There are two sofa beds, Sat TV and air conditioning. A very well-equipped kitchen constructed in typical majolica ceramics is present as well. From the living room is accessible another posterior veranda where is possible to have pleasant moments of relax or outdoor dining.
A corridor leads to the night zone where three bedrooms can be found, one double with queen size bed, another with twin beds and the third one is single with possibility to add an extra bed. The bedrooms are spacious and elegantly furnished and decorated. The adjacent bath is with shower and washing machine available.
Villa Daniela is provided with a swimming pool with hydro-massage and dimensions: 5m x 9m x 1,3-2,2 m. Furthermore at disposition of the guests are the outdoor kitchen with barbeque and the playground angle for the children.
The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden flourishing with various Mediterranean plants that create a lovely environment.
A large parking area is available too.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque.

There was no summer house, absolutely no sea views (which was the only reason we wanted it) and the kitchen was incredibly badly stocked with no wine glasses, cheese grater just to a name a few things that were missing! It was in stark contrast to the villa we were in during our first week in Sicily so it was quite disappointing. "
