As with any private Apartment or Villa your holiday experience would however be very much enhanced should you hire a car e.g. for exploring, sightseeing, shopping etc.  

Close to 3 major resorts, picturesque villages and all their facilities, bars, restaurants, nightclubs Etc. Close to 30 + golf courses, only a few min walk to Torrequebrada Golf Course & Clubhouse, which held the 1979 Spanish Open, has lovely friendly public restaurant and bar overlooking the 18th green, casual dressed non golfers & kids are made very welcome, stunning views from terrace.
Perfect Sandy Beachs with full facilities, shops, bars, banks, diving or deep sea fishing etc only a short distance away, only a 20 min walk down to the beach, (is the start of Benalmadena Beach with Promenade and Port Recently Voted Most Beautiful in Europe , with its labyrinth of Restaurants to suit all tastes) taxi rank at bottom of road should you be tired from a hard day at the beach and cant be bothered with the short walk back, or bags full of groceries from the large supermarkets (they also deliver), is also near to Burger King, which is also near to the Torrequebrada Casino.
The huge bonus of being a small step back from the centre of any main resort are too multiple to mention but a few are : no noisy drunks to disturb or irritate you ( apart from the one sleeping beside you ) : you live/sleep in a large luxurious air-conditioned apartment .
Close to Water Parks, Sea World, Tivoli World and Cable Cars, Casino, Markets, Etc. Perfect for all year round vacationing or golf. Only a short bus or taxi distance to local railway station with access to all of Europe, or Downtown Benalmadena (we usually stroll to the Port along the lovely quiet pedestrian promenade stopping on the way for a few refreshments at the many beach side bars) Info pack in apartment .

No pets & for the comfort of all guests present & future smoking on terraces only please, for kids security there is also a fully secure small terrace off second bedroom. For security always remember lock up at all times.
We are 40 mins from Marbella, 70mins from Gibraltar, only 2-3hr flight from the UK. There is a large Shopping Mall only 15 min drive away in Fuengirola.

Smoking is acceptable on the outside balcony but please dont smoke inside the apartment to keep apartment fresh, clean & odour free for everyone. Kids are very welcome but their safety is your responsibility, please keep your kids safe from accidents, keep them out of the kitchen and any area in or around the apartment you may feel are not as child safe as in your own home, also please take extra care and remember marble floors just like laminate can be slippy. The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge (Top quality from Pekalp of London). This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Main entrance to apartment is street level with no steps to the apartment, if entering from the garage there is a lift to the apartment but you may need assistance as there are thresholds on the two doors at garage level.
With a wheelchair you do not need any assistance to get access to the apartment from the street where there is street parking at your door.
There is ramp access from the road if required.
From the roadside pavement to inside the apartment floors are all flush with no thresholds.
All floors inside the apartment are flush with no thresholds except to the balconys and to the utility area which have a small threshold / step to keep rain water from entering the apartment.
Any further suggestions to improve apartment for wheelchair use will be dealt with where possible.
 

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

The only thing I would say is that we could have done with two keys to enter the pool area, as the door was always shut. The outer door at the pool is always closed for kids safety and to stop dogs etc getting in, we did have 2 pool keys and I do apologise for the missing one, seems a client lost one and didnt report it missing, will replace ASAP. I always recommend a car to enhance your stay but there is a great local taxi service ( details and phone no. are in apartment and on info sheet we send ) should you not wish to walk 20 mins to beach and shops or drive while in Spain.
