Our villa is set in a beautiful, quiet location.
The villa is on two levels with separate entrances and no internal stairs. (ideal for 1 or 2 families) and also has air conditioning & heating.
Free to view sateliite tv.(some of the free to view channels are, bbc1, itv1, itv2, e4, more4, citv, pop, tiny pop, pop girl, 501 etc) and dvd player with selection of films.
The villa has been completely refurbished.
A cot and high chair are avaliable on request at no extra charge.
Internet access is available locally in Moraira.
A car is recommended.
Smoking is not permited inside the villa.

Located in a quiet residential area situated 10 mins drive to Moraira and Calpe. The villa sleeps up to 8 + 1 infant, with 2 doubles & 2 twins. 2 sofa beds. A cot and high chair are avaliable at no cost. The villa has air conditioning/heating. Upstairs accommodation has 1 double & 1 twin bedroom and lounge with sofa bed, sofa, ceiling fan, free view sat tv, dvd films, books, toys, imformation guides, kitchen, bathroom, air con/heating and open terrace with fabulous views to sea and surrounding areas. Lower accommodation has 1 double & 1 twin bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, twin sofa, t.v, free view sat tv, dvd/films, air con/heating, kitchen and shower room. To the rear of the property there is a private family size pool with terrace and outdoor shower. To the front of the property there is a garden with private driveway and car-port. Weekly linen/towel changes for 2 weeks or more. Weekly pool maintenance.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, fishing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Rachel says: "Holiday date 21st May - 29th May 2008, 4 adults and 4 children. The property was in a lovely location and very nicely kept. Rooms were ample sized for 8 of us, and everything was spotless. The kitchen supplied plentiful crockery, cutlery and utensils. Directions from the airport were very good and heading back just follow signs for aero puerto once you hit Alicante. The location was lovely but a car is definately needed to go out and about. The local village has 2 good supermarkets and lots of restaurants to eat at. I recomment the WOK which is chinese all you can eat buffett for 10 euros and 5 for children. Food is cooked in front of you so it doesn't get any fresher than that. Pool was a great size, well tended and enough sun loungers for everyone. Met the Villa owner Richard who helped us with directions and recommendations for eating and site seeing which we were most grateful for. Moraira is just 10 minutes left of the villa and Calpe about 15 right of the villa. Both nice little towns with markets. (Detials of which are left in a folder in the villa) Took a trip to Benidorm shopping and also took the children to Aqualandia which is 25 Euros for Adults and 20 for children if I remember rightly but a really good fun day out. Try and pick up brochures at the tolls as you can get discount vouchers which we did. Good range of channels on the televisions so a few chilled out evening were had by all and few bottles of sangria. Lovely property would recommend to all of my family and friends. Yes there are a few steps which would probably only hinder wheel chair users. Will definitely be returning, just need to agree a date. Thanks Richard"
