What can I say...This is the perfect holiday villa for large groups of friends or maybe two families who want to really enjoy spending a relaxed time in a beautiful holiday home -it has everything that you could possibly want when going on holiday. It has a large swimming pool (10x6m wide), which is kept heated to a good temperature all year round (even in summer). The gardens are a labyrinth of pretty little walkways that you can explore and maybe come across private seating areas. The views are spectacular of the countryside and of course the sea. At the end of the garden there is a gate which leads down to your own purpose built Astroturf surface which you can use for various activities such as croquet, boules, 5 a side-football, tennis, badminton or even volleyball ! Downstairs, there is a full one-bed apartment that has its lounge turned into a fifth bedroom. There is a games room with table tennis and also gymnasium area outside the apartment. Outside on this level you will find the hot tub/Jacuzzi. This is also next to the entrance to the poolside changing rooms that provide a huge shower and of course the sauna. Upstairs, the villa is decorated to a luxury standard. The lounge is a good size with English Sky TV plus local Spanish TV. The kitchen is also fully equipped with all mod cons. The views from this lovely villa are spectacular. You look right out over the Spanish countryside and across to the sea. I have no doubt that this villa will book up very quickly as it is ideal for large groups and is very reasonably priced for the facilities that are provided. There are not many villas like this around, so we advise you to book early  

The villa is located in the urbanisation of Forest Hills where the neighbourhood comprises of just large quality villas. The villa is conveniently only a short distance to the sea.

The nearest beach is the exclusive beach club of Laguna Village (if this is for you). Otherwise the whole of the coast is one long beach so you can just pick your own spot. A car is necessary as, in our opinion, it is just a little too far to walk, however, having said that, Estepona town is also only about 3 KM away. Everything you could want is close to hand but you really need a car to get there. The large hypermarket of Carrefour is about 4 Km.

Very close by you have a tennis club and also a golf club. This villa would also be perfect for a large group looking for a golfing holiday.

The Andalucian centre for horse training is also close by. Here you can stroll around the stabled horses, take in a horse show, or use the resturant/bar while watching the jumping.

This villa really is in a good location for all that the Costa del Sol has to offer. 

This villa is very competitvely priced to ensure maximum occupancy. This means you get a lot of extras in this house that you would nornally expect to pay a lot more for. There is a Sauna, a Jacuzzi, large swimming pool (solar heated), wonderful views and great gardens. The house also has a table tennis table (and bats & balls) and a play station 2 with games. There is room for 10 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
