The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac (outlet) in a selec t area of the Gulf Coast backing onto a private lake and the Long Marsh Golf Club. The tropical position is peaceful and the lake has a wealth of wildlife to observe. There are rods to try your luck at catching the local fish.

The villa is fully equipped including high speed internet access and sateliite T.V. Heating for the spa and solar heating for the pool are included in the price. There is electric heating for the pool at an additional weekly cost if required.

For golfers we are right next to the Long Marsh Golf Club.

Long Marshs gently rolling fairways meander through 450 acres of natural Florida scrub. Its fairways and greens invitingly framed by native pines, oaks and palms and is Rotondas newest golf courses. This Ted McAnlis-designed course opened in February of 1999, and its newest 9 Hole addition in 2007 and is enjoyable for golfers of all levels. At Long Marsh Golf Club in Rotonda West, each hole has its own distinctive character, set amid natural bunkers, lakes and marshes that are haven for wildlife. Four sets of tee boxes provide course distances ranging from 5257 yards to 7120 yards.

Our own private south facing swimming pool (with hot tub), sparkling in the sun or shimmering in the underwater lighting at night, is the focal point for social life day or night. The deck also accommodates a barbecue for lazy evenings sizzling steaks whilst watching the sun go down. The lake ripples in the sunlight and tropical birds come and settle in the reeds.

With a short car drive there are shops, restaurants, beaches and a cinema. 

Comfort and luxury are the two keywords to describe the furnishing of the villa. The Master Bedroom has a king sized bed, a T.V. and DVD player plus an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool bath. The other two bedrooms share a full sized bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other two single beds.

The Living Room opens onto the deck and gives comfortable seating for reading or just relaxing. The Family Room is light and bright with white Florida style furniture and two comfy and sumptuous leather sofas. There is a large table and 6 chairs.This open plan area is tiled so it is a cool, attractive space.

In addition there is a separate dining space for 6 diners which has elegant wrought iron furniture for a more luxurious dining experience. This space has carpet in a soft gold colour. 

Our villa has stunning views over a private lake and pine trees. A beautiful haven for relaxation. It is close to a beautifully maintained golf course. We have had an incredible season with guests booking most of the weeks in 2009 and we now have bookings up to August 2010 so if you are thinking of booking for 2010 and 2011 I would advise you not to hesitate as we are fully booked for the rest of the year and most of next. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
